This is a merchant trading company involved in Import and Export of
finished products as well as raw material for the other group companies.
We presently import Telephone instruments and sell in India under our
brand "Etel". We also import certain electronic
components from Taiwan, Korea and Japan for the requirements of other
group companies.
- Electrocon Consumer Electronics
(I) Pvt. Ltd.
This is a manufacturing company, which owns the Brand Inditel. Inditel
models like EC-1006, EC-1008, EC-1010, EC-1012, EC-1020, EC-1021 and
EC-1030 are manufactured at our manufacturing facility in Daman and are
very popular in the Indian market. Among the indigenously manufactured
phones, Inditel has the widest range in India.

This company is slated to commence operations shortly and will be
assembler and manufacturer of Micro-wave Ovens and other Consumer durable
products in India. Presently this company is engaged in OEM supply of
imported kits to some of the leading brands of home appliances in India.
